- Text messages will be sent using the 'Site Short Name' (in Settings >Sites> Edit)
- The 'Site Short Name' must only contain letters, numbers or the characters * $ ? ! ” # % & _ - , @ ' + (no spaces) and be no longer than 11 characters.
- If you have set up Text Replies, the text message will show as being sent by a mobile number this number is used to allocate text replies to your account.
