Appointment types are templates that can be created to save time when booking a new appointment.
The following can be set as part of an appointment type:
| Appointment type name | The name that shows in the appointments list for your users. | |
| Lead group | The lead group that the appointment is associated with. | |
| Appointment title | The name that shows for the calendar event. This is what the lead sees if the appointment is shared with them. | |
| Duration | The length of time that the appointment is for. | |
| Users | The user or user group that the appointment is to be booked with.
Note: When selecting a user group a single available user is selected for the appointment. | |
| Location | There are three options:
Site address: The address listed in the associated site for the lead. Address on lead: The address associated against the lead. Other: A custom location can be set. | |
| Other location | Custom location for the appointment. | |
| Invite customer | If selected the lead will automatically be sent an email with a calendar invite when the appointment is booked. |
