Download your report results fr om FLG Insights to manipulate or format in another software application or send electronically to someone else.

1. Once you have run your report in the report designer, click the Download icon in the top right. The icon will be disabled wh ere the report type does not support downloads.

2. Sel ect the file format fr om the options presented. The file format will be disabled where not supported by the report type.

3. The report will be downloaded following your web browser and operating system rules in the selected file format.

Tip: PDF reports are restricted to 10 columns (including headers and totals) and 1,000 rows to ensure they are usable. For large reports, select CSV as the file format. To send the report as an attachment, take a look at Schedule an existing report and Share an existing report.
