- Any API or Zapier automation using the key will immediately stop working
- Deleted keys are logged in the audit trail
- Keys cannot be restored once deleted
- Click the bin icon next to the key in the list
- Confirm the deletion in the modal
⚠️ There is currently no expiry date for access keys. It’s up to account admins to regularly audit and remove old keys.
Using Partner Keys in Zapier
Partner Keys still allow Zapier dropdowns to render, even if the data is restricted.
- Empty dropdowns will simply return [] if no access is permitted
- Triggers like "Lead Created" return static test payloads (not live data)
