Created appointments on a lead

Scheduled appointments are visible from the user dashboard or from the lead summary page.
In the example below you can see the appointment near the top of the activity list.

If you want to see only appointments this can be done by using the filters found at the bottom of the page.

Select View All Appointments.

You can then apply the filter.

Any upcoming or completed appointments will then be displayed in the activity list.

Viewing an Appointment on a Lead

Scheduled appointments are visible from the user dashboard or from the lead summary page.

If you want to see only appointments this can be done by using the filters found at the bottom of the page.

Select View All Appointments.

You can then apply the filter.

Any upcoming or completed appointments will then be displayed in the activity list.


Marking an appointment as complete

Appointments can be marked as complete from the lead in FLG or from the user's dashboard.

Completing an appointment from the dashboard
You'll see the appointment as part of the task list. To mark the appointment as complete click on the button with the tick mark.
Once that's done the appointment will no longer show on the dashboard and will be marked as complete on the lead.

Completing an appointment on the lead record
Navigate to the lead summary page that has the appointment and then click on the button with the tick mark.
The appointment will then show as completed in the activity history.


Cancel an existing appointment

Appointments created in FLG can be cancelled on the lead record

Navigate to the lead record that the appointment is booked with. You will then see the appointment in the activity list. To cancel the appointment click on the 'X' button.

You will see a prompt from your web browser asking you to confirm that you'd like to delete the appointment. Just confirm that you'd like to do so and then the appointment will be deleted from the lead and from the connected calendar.
