Customise your quick texts (Event/Task Details and Call Outcomes)

You can customise the options your users have when they use the 'Insert Text' button when adding an event, task, or telephone call note.


Event Details

  • You can change your call outcomes In 'Settings > Quick Text > Event Details'
  • Click 'Add New Event Detail' to add more.
  • Use the green arrows to move the event details into your preferred order
  • The order shown on screen is the order that will be shown from the 'insert text' drop down option above


Task Details

  • You can change your call outcomes In 'Settings > Quick Text > Task Details'
  • Click 'Add New Task Detail' to add more.
  • Use the green arrows to move the task details into your preferred order
  • The order shown on screen is the order that will be shown from the 'insert text' drop down option above


Call Outcomes

  • You can change your call outcomes In 'Settings > Quick Text > Call Outcomes'.
  • Click 'Add New Outcome' to add more.
  • Use the green arrows to move the outcomes into your preferred order
  • The order shown on screen is the order that will be shown from the 'insert outcome' drop down option above
